Testing of motor skills in fire sport

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením motorických schopností pomocí testové baterie Unifittest 6-60 u profesionálních a amatérských hasičů, kteří se aktivně věnují požárnímu sportu. Požární sport je náročný na fyzickou připravenost a rozvoj motorických schopnosti, a proto je důležité pro aktivní účast v tomto sportu určitá úroveň fyzické kondice. Obě skupiny hasičů absolvovali test 12 minut běhu, počet opakování sed-lehu i shybu a skok daleký z místa. Výsledky skupin byly vyhodnoceny a porovnány pomocí bodových norem testové baterie. Závěrem bylo, že profesionální hasiči dosahovali lepších výsledků než hasiči amatérští. Ukázalo se, že profesionální hasiči se řadí dle normových tabulek Unifittestu 6-60 mezi nadprůměrné jedince mezi populaci. Cílem bakalářské práce bude porovnat úroveň kondičních schopností profesionálních a amatérských hasičů v požárním sportu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the measurement of motor skills using the Unifittest 6-60 test battery for professional and amateur firefighters who are actively involved in fire sport. Fire sport is demanding in terms of physical fitness and development of motor skills, it is primarily about strength, speed and dexterity. Therefore it is essential for active participation in this sport a certain level of physical condition. Both groups of firefighters accomplished the 12-minute run test, the number of repetitions of the sit-ups and pull-ups, and the long jump from the place. The results of the both groups were evaluated and compared using the point standards of the test battery. The conclusion is that professional firefighters achieved better than amateur firefighters and that professional firefighters rank according to the standard tables of Unifittest 6-60 among the above-average individuals among the population. The aim of this thesis will be to compare the level of fitness skills of professional and amateur firefighters in fire sports.
