Témou diplomovej práce je segmentácia trhu, konkrétne segmentácia zákazníkov na trhu s elektrinou a analýza chovania zákazníka. Teoretická časť práce dáva priestor pre vysvetlenie základných pojmov a zoznámenie s tématickou oblasťou segmentácie trhu, marketingového prostredia, marketingového mixu, nákupného chovania zákazníkov.
