A Business Plan for a Wine Shop

Abstract:

The major objective of this bachelor's thesis was to compile the business plan for a wine shop, which should be located in the area of Uherský Brod. The thesis is divided into two parts, that are theoretical and practical. The primary mission was to detect whether the project is feasible and has the ability to join the market, which is affected by the worldwide pandemic. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the terms entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, or possible business forms are explained. In the practical part, there is the business plan for a wine shop together with market and competition analyses. The end of the thesis assesses the financial complexity of starting a business connected with defining the strengths and weaknesses of the wine shop based on the SWOT analysis.

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení vinárny, která by se měla nacházet v Uherském Brodě. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na teoretickou a praktickou. Primárním úkolem bylo zjistit, zda je projekt realizovatelný a také schopen se uchytit na trhu ovlivněném celosvětovou pandemií. V teoretické části se nachází vysvětlení základních pojmů jako je podnikání, podnikatel, či rozdělení podniků podle právní formy. V další části, tedy části praktické se nachází podnikatelský plán společně s analýzou trhu a konkurence. V závěru práce se objevuje posouzení finanční náročnosti založení podniku společně s definováním silných a slabých stran podniku na základě SWOT analýzy.
