Implementation of employee evaluation in a specific organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zavedením hodnocení zaměstnanců ve státní správě. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení pracovního výkonu ve státní správě, a to konkrétně na Generálním finančním ředitelství. V rámci tohoto cíle je nutné posoudit jednotlivé metody a formy hodnocení zaměstnanců, identifikovat problémy při hodnocení a navrhnout vhodná řešení jednotlivých problémů. Teoretická část práce se zabývá řízením pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců, celkovým systémem řízení, personálními pracemi spojenými s hodnocením a odměňováním zaměstnanců a samotným odměňováním a hodnocením zaměstnanců. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na fungování Finanční správy jako celku, kde je pak detailněji popsáno Generální finanční ředitelství, jeho směrnice, fungování, odměňování a hodnocení zaměstnanců. V další části bylo vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření na základě, kterého jsou pak analyzovány detailněji výstupy a navrhnuty konkrétní řešení problémů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with implementation of evaluation and remuneration of employees in the state administration. The aim goal of this thesis is to evaluate work performance in state administration, particularly in General Financial Directorate. Within this goal of thesis is necessary to assess individual methods a forms of employee evaluation, identify problems in evaluation and propose appropriate solutions to individual problems. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with management of employee performance, the overall management system, personnel work associated with the evaluation and remuneration of employees and theory of actual evaluation and remuneration of employees. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the functioning of the Financial Administration as a whole, where is describes in details General Finance Directorate, its guidelines, operation, remuneration and evaluation of employees. In the next part is evaluated a questionary survey in more details and there are proposed a specific solution to problems which are identified in questionary survey.
