Abstract:
Ve své práci jsem se zabývala tématem srovnání dvou druhů předpisů. Oba se vyznačují jistou mírou normativnosti a nezanedbatelným významem pro společnost. Oba druhy právních předpisů mají v právním státě své místo a plní svou úlohu. Těmito předpisy jsou interní normativní instrukce a normativní právní akt.
Abstract:
In my work I engaged in comparing two kinds of regulations. Both of them were characterized by a certain level of normativeness and by a rather high significance for the society. Both legal regulations belong into a state governed by law and they fulfill their tasks. These regulations are internal normative instructions and normative legal acts.
