Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je systém hodnocení pracovníků call centra. Teoretická část je věnována hodnocení pracovníků, jejich motivaci a návaznosti konečného odměňování na pracovní hodnocení. Dále teoretická část pokračuje úvodem do problematiky call center. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu systému hodnocení ve vybraném call centru, která je následována diskusí a návrhy na vylepšení.Abstract:
The topic of the bachelor work is the employee evaluation system of call centre. The theoretic part deals with the employee evaluation system, their motivation and continuity between final remuneration and occupational evaluation.
