Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit a zhodnotit úroveň znalostí bezpečného zacházení s potravinami u spotřebitelů České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. The aim of the diploma thesis was to determine and evaluate the level of knowledge of safe food handling for consumers in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts. The first part, the theoretical part deals with the basic characteristics and classification of alimentary disease.
