Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zmapování a analýzu implementace principů managmentu znalostí ve firmě Škoda-Auto a.s. Na základě získaných poznatků navrhnout vhodná opatření ke zvýšení jeho efektivity. Řešení problematiky proběhlo prostřednictvím kvalitativní metody výzkumu formou řízených rozhovorů. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on mapping and analysis of the implementation of the principles of knowledge management in the company Škoda-Auto a.s.
