The Corrections of Incorrect Data in the Lan Register

Oprava chybných údajů v katastrálním operátu je institutem, kterým se udržují údaje evidované v katastrálním operátu v souladu s listinami, které jsou podkladem pro jejich zápis do evidence a také se stavem v terénu. Rectification of erroneous data in the cadastral apparatus is instrumental for maintaining cadastral records so that they correspond to the cadastral documents, on the basis of which cadastral deeds (property titles) are registered, and to the status of physical land.
