Abstract:
This Bachelor's thesis deals with the importance of protecting fundamental human rights and freedoms in the world and the process of institution-building public defender of rights, which provide this function. Part of this work is the specification of the Ombudsman Institute in selected countries and their comparison with the Ombudsman's office of the Slovak Republic.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá dôležitosťou ochrany základných ľudských práv a slobôd vo svete a procesom zriaďovania inštitúcií verejných ochrancov práv, ktoré túto funkciu zabezpečujú. Súčasťou práce je aj špecifikácia inštitútu ombudsmana vo vybraných krajinách a ich komparácia s úradom verejného ochrancu práv Slovenskej republiky.
