Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o chatbotech jako fenoménu 21. století. Teoretická část se zabývá historií chatbotů, vývojovými prostředími, samotnými komponenty chatbotů i zajímavými projekty z odvětví vzdělávání. This bachelor thesis deals with chatbots as a phenomenon of the 21st century. The theoretical part deals with the history of chatbots, development environment, the components of chatbots themselves and interesting projects from the education sector.
