Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vyvinout, optimalizovat a validovat metodu analýzy potenciálních léčiv narkolepsie pomocí kapalinové chromatografie ve spojení s hmotnostní spektrometrií. Teoretická část práce je soustředěna na informace o symptomech a metodách léčby narkolepsie. Dále jsou popsány principy, instrumentace a módy měření v kapalinové chromatografii a hmotnostní spektrometrii. Poslední část rešerše je věnována postupům interpretace, optimalizace a validace chromatografických metod. V experimentální části lze nalézt procesy přípravy a analýzy vzorků, použitou instrumentaci a chemikálie. Poslední část této práce shrnuje a hodnotí dosažené výsledky.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to develop, optimize and validate a method for the analysis of potential drugs for narcolepsy using liquid chromatography in conjunction with mass spectrometry. The theoretical part of the work is focused on information about the symptoms and methods of treatment of narcolepsy. The principles, instrumentation and modes of measurement in liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry are also described. The last part of the research is devoted to the procedures of interpretation, optimization and validation of chromatographic methods. In the experimental part, you can find sample preparation and analysis procedures, used instrumentation and chemicals. The last part of this work summarizes and evaluates the achieved results.
