Implementation of selected quality standards in residential home for the elderly people

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá naplňováním Standardů kvality týkajících se lidských práv ve vybraném domově pro seniory a přístupem pracovníků ke klientům. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou je: Jsou ve zvoleném domově pro seniory vybrané Standardy kvality sociálních služeb týkající se lidských práv součástí přístupu pracovníků k obyvatelům? Teoretická část práce objasňuje pojmy jako je domov pro seniory, legislativa týkající se lidských práva, základní lidská práva, standardy kvality, přístupy pracovníků a dilemata při práci s klienty. Jako výzkumná strategie byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, technikou sběru dat byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor a analýza dokumentů. Do výzkumu byli zařazeni pracovníci zařízení. Výzkumné šetření přineslo zjištění, zda jsou vybrané Standardy kvality součástí přístupu pracovníků ke klientům. Pro odstranění některých problematických momentů jsem uvedla pracovníkům návrhy opatření.

Abstract:

The thesis deal with maintaining of quality standards directed to human rights in selected retirements home. The basic research question is the following: Are selected standards qualities of social services concerning human rights part of access workers to inhabitants in selected retirements home? The theoretical part of thesis consists of terminology such as retirements home, legislature concerning human rights, elementary human rights, quality standards, approaches od workers and dilemmas while work with clients. As a research strategy I have chosen the quality research, as a technique of data collection a half-structured interview and analysis of documents. The research was realized among employees. The research has brought an observation if selected standards qualities are part of access access workers to inhabitants. Also I present suggestions of arrangement to elimination some problematic moments.
