The war in Ukraine from the perspective of international law
Abstract:
Válka na Ukrajině je v současné době hlavním ozbrojeným konfliktem a má nezanedbatelný vliv na současný svět. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mezinárodněprávní rámec konfliktu na Ukrajině. Zkoumá důsledky porušení mezinárodněprávních norem, reakce států na agresi a donucovací prostředky použité třetími státy. V závěru podrobuje ruské argumenty kritické analýze.

The war in Ukraine is currently the main armed conflict and has a significant impact on the world today. This thesis focuses on the international legal framework governing the conflict in Ukraine. It examines the consequences of violations of international law norms, States' responses to aggression, and coercive means used by third States.
