Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou edukace žáků se sluchovým postižením a jejich pracovními a vzdělávacími příležitostmi. Bakalářská práce je koncipovaná do tří částí. Ve dvou kapitolách jsou analyzovány odborné prameny týkající se edukace žáků základní školy včetně jejich profesionální orientace a dále problematikou jedince se sluchovým postižením a jeho profesního začlenění. Třetí kapitola analyzuje výsledky výzkumného šetření, týkajícího se profesionální orientace žáků základní školy se sluchovým postižením. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum s využitím nestrukturovaného pozorování a rozhovoru. Vyhodnocené ankety doplněné dopisem a získanými poznatky vedou ke zjištění, jak a s čí pomocí volí své budoucí povolání děti sluchově postižené a jaké možnosti dalšího profesního uplatnění mají v České republice.

Supervisor of the baccalaureate project PhDr. Alena Šafrová. The bachelor diploma thesis concentrates on the problem of education of hearing impaired pupils and on their career and educational opportunities. It is divided into three parts. The first two chapters analyze published sources dealing with basic school education including the pupils´ career orientation and with problems of hearing impaired people and their career inclusion. The third chapter analyzes the results of the research into the career orientation of the pupils with hearing impairment. The research is qualitative and employs the methods of unstructured observation and interview. Its results together with the analysis of a letter accompanied questionnaire data lead to the conclusion as to how and with whose assistance the pupils with hearing disorder choose their career and what are the further possibilities of their professional realization in the Czech Republic.
