Bakalářská práce se zaměří na firemní benefity a jejich uplatnění v systému odměňování zaměstnanců. Důvod, proč jsem si zvolil práci na téma benefity je, že hrají velkou roli jako motivační prostředek ze strany zaměstnavatelů a z pohledu zaměstnanců vypovídají o vztahu firmy vůči zaměstnancům.
