Cílem výzkumu je zjistit jaký typ vztahové vazby je nejsilněji zastoupen u manažerů na vedoucích pozicích s nejméně jedním podřízeným, za použití českého překladu škály ECR (Experience in Close Relationships), která umožňuje zjištění typu vztahové vazby v dospělosti. Abstract:
This study examines which attachment style is the most frequently represented by leaders who leads at least one worker by using the Czech version of ECR (Experience in Close Relationships. The ECR reports about the adult attachment style.
