Cílem této diplomové práce je srovnání úpravy ochrany investic v mezinárodních dohodách uzavřených mezi Evropskou unií a třetími zeměmi. Vybrané dohody budou rozebrány a porovnány. Zohledněna bude také úprava investic v právu EU obecně. The aim of this diploma thesis is comparison of investment protection regulation in international agreements concluded by the European union and third states.
