Visitor satisfaction in a tourism destination

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti návštěvníků s kvalitou destinace cestovního ruchu. Cílem práce je kvantifikace a zhodnocení faktorů ovlivňujících spokojenost návštěvníků v turistické destinaci Toulava, komparace faktorů spokojenosti, identifikace silných a slabých stránek nabídky destinace a návrh opatření vedoucích ke zvýšení spokojenosti účastníků cestovního ruchu v dané destinaci. Teoretická část práce se zabývá tématem destinace cestovního ruchu, analyzují se faktory kvality a spokojenost návštěvníků. V analytické části se popisuje primární a sekundární nabídka oblasti Toulavy, a poté je pomocí sebraných primárních dat provedena analýza spokojenosti návštěvníků, korelační analýza a vypracováno zhodnocení výsledků. Na konci práce jsou navržena opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení spokojenosti účastníků cestovního ruchu v oblasti Toulava.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of visitor satisfaction with the quality of the tourism destination. The aim of the work is the quantification and evaluation of factors affecting visitor satisfaction in the Toulava tourist destination, comparison of satisfaction factors, identification of strengths and weaknesses of the destination's offer and proposal of measures leading to increased satisfaction of tourism participants in the given destination. The theoretical part of the work deals with the topic of tourism destinations, quality factors and visitor satisfaction are analyzed. In the analytical part, the primary and secondary offer of the Toulava area is described, and then, using the collected primary data, an analysis of visitor satisfaction, a correlation analysis and an evaluation of the results are made. At the end of the work, measures are proposed to increase the satisfaction of tourism participants in the Toulava area.
