Surgical treatment of degenerative lumbar spine diseases

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá chirurgickou léčbou degenerativního onemocnění páteře. Vzhledem k míře incidence tohoto onemocnění v různém stupni závažnosti v české populaci je možné považovat téma bakalářské práce za aktuální, a to i z hlediska budoucího vývoje tohoto onemocnění a možností jeho léčby. Volba tématu mé bakalářské práce byla z důvodu mé praktické znalosti a zkušenosti v ošetřovatelské praxi s pacienty s degenerativním onemocněním páteře. Bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila na teoretickou část, ve které jsou vymezeny hlavní teoretické pojmy a problémy, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části bakalářské práce. V praktické části jsem zpracovala kazuistiky týkající se jednotlivých případů pacientů s degenerativním onemocněním páteře, ale také vlastní doporučení a návrhy bakalářské práce, které zahrnují i mé vlastní poznatky a zkušenosti z ošetřovatelské praxe. Metodika zpracování jednotlivých kazuistik je uvedena v úvodu praktické části práce. Pro zpracování jednotlivých kapitol bakalářské práce jsou použity odborné zdroje, které jsou uvedeny v seznamu použitých zdrojů v závěru bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the surgical treatment of degenerative spine disease. Considering the incidence rate of this disease in varying degrees of severity in the Czech population, the topic of the bachelor thesis can be considered topical, also in terms of future development of this disease and the possibilities of its treatment. The choice of the topic of the bachelor thesis was also determined by the author of the bachelor thesis and reflects her own practical knowledge and experience in nursing practice with patients with degenerative spine disease. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which defines the main theoretical concepts and problems, which are then applied in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. In the practical part, case reports concerning individual cases of patients with degenerative spine disease are presented, as well as the author's own recommendations and suggestions, which include her own knowledge and experience from nursing practice. The methodology of individual case studies is presented in the introduction of the practical part of the thesis. For the elaboration of individual chapters of the bachelor thesis, professional sources are used, which are listed in the list of used sources at the end of the bachelor thesis.
