Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je personální práce v organizaci sociálních služeb. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do třech kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na objasnění pojmů týkajících se personální práce, řízení lidských zdrojů a personálním činnostem. Dále pojednává o historickém vývoji personální práce. Druhá kapitola se zabývá definováním pojmu sociální služba, druhy, zařízeními a organizacemi sociálních služeb. Třetí kapitola se pak blíže zabývá jednotlivým personálními činnostmi v organizacích sociálních služeb. Výzkumná část práce je pak rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na metodologii výzkumu, přičemž je zde využit kvalitativní přístup. Druhou kapitolu, empirickou část, pak tvoří samotný výzkum, analýza, interpretace a celkové shrnutí výsledku výzkumu. Data pro zpracování analýzy jsou získána z polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Cílem výzkumu je dozvědět se, jakým způsobem probíhá personální práce v organizacích poskytující sociální služby. Tento cíl byl stanoven za účelem zjištění, zda je personální práce ve zkoumaných organizacích na kvalitní úrovni. Na základě realizace výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že personální práce v organizacích poskytujících sociální služby, probíhá na velice dobré úrovni. Organizace si uvědomují, důležitost personální práce, jako jednoho z nejdůležitějších nástrojů, který mají.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is the personnel work in the organization of social services. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is focused on clarifying of terms related to personnel work, human resources management and personnel activities. Further discusses the historical development of personal work. The second chapter deals with the definition of the term of social service, types, institutions and organizations of social services. The third chapter is closely engaged in various personnel activities in social service organizations. The research is then divided into two chapters. The first chapter focuses on the research methodology, while there is used a qualitative approach. The second chapter, the empirical part, is formed by the research, analysis, interpretation and summary of the research results. Data processing analysis are obtained from the semi-structured interview. The aim of the research is to learn how the proceeds of personnel work in organizations providing social services. This target was set in order to determine whether the personnel work in the surveyed organizations at a quality level. Based on the implementation of the research it was found that personnel work in organizations providing social services, takes place at a very good level. Organizations are realizing the importance of personnel work, as one of the most important tools they have.
