Legal Regulation of Payment Services in EU Having Regard to Directive (ES) 64/2007
Abstract:
Prace se zabyva pravni upravou platebnich sluzeb v pravu Evropske Unie, a je zvlaste zamerena na smernici 2007/64/ES o platebnich sluzbach na vnitrnim trhu. Je zminen rovnez vyvoj relevantni pravni upravy pred vydanim teto smernice. Prace se dale zabyva take nekterymi souvisejicimi pravnimi predpisy, jako je uprava vydavani elektronickych penez.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with legal regulation of payment services in the EU law, and is especially focused on the Directive 2007/64/EC on payment services on internal market. Development of the relevant regulation before issuing of this directive is addressed briefly as well. The thesis comments on some of other relevant regulation, such as Issuing of electronic money.
