CSR in the selected company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá velmi aktuálním tématem, kterým je společenská odpovědnost firem. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je založena na rozsáhlé literární rešerši týkající se společenské odpovědnosti firem a následně definuje klíčové pojmy, které pomohou problematiku více přiblížit. Tato část tedy vymezuje základní 3 pilíře CSR, zainteresované strany, analyzuje pozitivní a negativní aspekty CSR a její implementaci do firemní strategie. Samotná praktická část se již zaměřuje na vybraný podnik, kterým je Ski a Bike Centrum Radotín. V jejím úvodu je podnik představen a poté je pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů autora s firemní personalistkou a relevantních interních či externích dokumentů zanalyzována současná situace společenské odpovědnosti firmy. Nakonec je praktická část doplněna o dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci firmy. Cílem práce je provést komplexní analýzu současného stavu CSR ve společnosti Ski a Bike Centrum Radotín a navrhnout firmě konkrétní doporučení pro lepší a efektivnější integraci CSR do strategie podniku.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a very topical topic, which is corporate social responsibility. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on an extensive literature search on corporate social responsibility and then defines key concepts that will help to bring the issue more into focus. Thus, this part defines the basic 3 pillars of CSR, the stakeholders, analyses the positive and negative aspects of CSR and its implementation in corporate strategy. The practical part itself focuses on the selected company, which is Ski and Bike Centrum Radotín. In its introduction, the company is introduced and then the current situation of corporate social responsibility is analysed using semi-structured interviews of the author with the company's HR manager and relevant internal or external documents. Finally, the practical part is complemented by a questionnaire survey among the company's employees. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current state of CSR in Ski and Bike Centrum Radotín and to propose specific recommendations for the company to integrate CSR more effectively into the company's strategy.
