Analysis of approaches to gender issues in institutions of public administration Gender budgeting

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce poukazuje na to, jak jsou instituce veřejné správy připravené na prosazování politiky rovných příležitostí mužů a žen, jakým způsobem ji provádějí a jaké mají povědomí o genderové problematice. Zásada rovnosti je považována za stěžejní a vůdčí zásadu celého právního rámce Unie a jejích jednotlivých sektorových politik. V praktické části zhodnocuje situaci v zavádění principů rovnosti mužů a žen na úřadech veřejné správy České republiky a sleduje zvýšení citlivosti k této problematice.

Abstract:

This bachelor's work refers to how are the institutions of public administration prepared to advocacy of policy of equal opportunities considering men and women. In what way the institutions discharge the politics and what is the institution awareness of gender problems. The principle of equality is considered as crucial and leading in the whole juridical scope of union and its individual sector politics. In the practical part it is appreciated the situations during the introduction of principles of equality considering men and women in public administration offices in the Czech Republic and it is also monitored the increase of sensitivity in these problems.
