Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá novými pravidly volební kampaně a exis-tencí Úřadu pro dohled nad hospodařením politických stran a politic-kých hnutí jako nového orgánu, který dohlíží nad dodržováním těchto pravidel. Práce rozebírá vliv přijetí nových pravidel a vzniku Úřadu na volební kampaň politických stran a hnutí před volbami do Poslanecké sněmovny v roce 2017. Kromě monografií a zdrojů dostupných elektro-nicky práce vychází z rozhovorů se zástupci politických stran a hnutí, kteří se podíleli na volební kampani v roce 2017, jakož i z rozhovorů s představiteli Úřadu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with new rules of the election campaign and with the existence of the Bureau for the Control of the Financing of Political Parties and Political Movements as a new body that over-sees compliance with these rules. The thesis analyzes the impact of the adoption of the new rules and of the establishment of the Bureau on the election campaign of political parties and movements before the elec-tions to the Chamber of Deputies in 2017. Except monographs and elec-tronic resources, in the thesis, there are used interviews with the representatives of the political parties and movements involved in the election campaign. Also, interviews with the representatives of the Bu-reau are included
