Abstract:
Autor se zabývá problematikou právních aspektů zaměstnávání profe-sionálních sportovců. Zejména se věnuje otázce, zda zejména kolektivní sport naplňuje znaky závislé práce a zda je možné jej vykonávat v pracovněprávním vztahu v režimu Zákoníku práce. The author deals with the legal aspects of the employment of profes-sional athletes. In particular, he focuses on the question of whether team sport fulfils the characteristics of dependent work and whether it can be performed in an employment relationship under the Labour Code.
