Analysis of the Intertal Resources of Řízkárna Benešov

Abstract:

V dnešním poměrně rychlém světe si každý přeje ušetřit co nejvíce času. Na základě této myšlenky vznikla prodejna s názvem Řízkárna, kde si lidé mohou zakoupit již hotové pokrmy. Tato práce se zaměřuje na zmíněný podnik především z hlediska vnitřních zdrojů, ale okrajově také na vnější analýzu. Výstupem bakalářské práce je syntéza v podobě SWOT analýzy, od níž se odvíjí strategická doporučení a závěr. Prvotně jsou v teoretické části popsány jednotlivé metody, které jsou následně využívány v praktické části při analýze podniku Řízkárna Benešov. U vnější analýzy je zaměřena pozornost pouze na mikrookolí, kde se aplikuje Porterův model pěti sil či analýza konkurence a zájmových skupin. Vnitřní analýza je provedena rozsáhleji a jsou zde využity rozmanité metody od klasifikace zdrojů až po hodnototvorný řetězec.

Abstract:

In today’s relatively fast world, everyone wants to save as much time as possible. Based on this idea, the shop called Řízkarna Benešov was established, and people can buy ready-made meals there. This bachelor thesis focuses on Řízkárna Benešov mainly in terms of internal analysis, but also marginally on external analysis. The output of this bachelor thesis is SWOT analysis from which recommendations and conclusion are derived. Firstly, various methods are described in theoretical part and then they are used during the analysis of the company Řízkárna Benešov in practical part. In external analysis, attention is focused on microenvironment and Porter’s model of five forces, or the analysis of competitors and interest groups are applied. The internal analysis is written more extensively and various methods from resources classification to the value chain are used in this part.
