Monitoring of postoperative symptoms from the patients point of view

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním pooperačních symptomů u pacientek po gynekologickém operačním výkonu. Sledovanými pooperačními symptomy jsou bolest, nauzea, zvracení a tělesná teplota. V práci jsou předloženy teoretické poznatky o perioperačním období a vybraných pooperačních symptomech. Dále byla stručně popsána gynekologická operativa. Ve výzkumné části práce jsou zpracována data výzkumného šetření, která byla získána pomocí dotazníku a záznamového archu vlastní konstrukce. Hlavním cílem bylo zmapovat výskyt vybraných symptomů v pooperačním období u výzkumného souboru pacientek, které podstoupily gynekologickou operaci.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the monitoring of postoperative symptoms in patients after gynecological surgery. The observed postoperative symptoms are pain, nausea, vomiting and body temperature. The thesis presents theoretical knowledge about the perioperative period and selected postoperative symptoms. Gynecological surgery was also briefly described. In the research part of the thesis, the data of the research survey are processed, which were obtained using a questionnaire and a record sheet of own construction. The main goal was to map the incidence of selected symptoms in the postoperative period in a research group of patients who underwent gynecological surgery.
