Legal aspects of internet banking

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem Právní aspekty internetového bankovnictví je posouzení současné situace v internetovém bankovnictví na základě analýzy, včetně jeho právních aspektů. Práce představuje aktuální produkty využívané v dnešním internetovém bankovnictví a řeší finančně právní problematiku směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2015/2366 o platebních službách na vnitřním trhu. Dále provádí srovnání vybraných internetových bankovnictví a jejich služeb, které se směrnicí řídí, čemuž následuje vyhodnocení vztahu veřejnosti k internetovému bankovnictví na základě průzkumu.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis named Legal aspects of internet banking is an evaluation of current situation in internet banking based on analysis, including its financial and law aspects. The thesis introduces current products used in today’s internet banking and addresses the financial and legal issues of the Directive (EU) 2015/2366 on payment services in the internal market. It also compares selected internet banking and their services, which are governed by the directive, followed by an evaluation of the public's relation to internet banking based on a survey.
