Endangered Groups at the Labour Markets

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ,,Ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce“ analyzuje postavení, problémy a perspektivy žen na trhu práce. První část je zaměřená na trh práce, jeho segmentaci a další teorie vysvětlující odlišné postavení žen na trhu práce a věnuje se problematice diskriminace z pracovně právního hlediska. Druhá část charakterizuje nezaměstnanost, dlouhodobou nezaměstnanost a ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce. Třetí část se zabývá opatřením státní politiky zaměstnanosti. Závěrečná část se věnuje porovnání situace žen v mezinárodním kontextu z náhledem na situaci finských žen na trhu práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor work “Endangered groups at the Labour Markets” analyzes the positions, problems and perspectives of women on the labor market. First part is focused on the labor market, its segmentation, theories explaining the different position of women on the labor market and the discrimination from the viewpoint of labor law. Second part is describing the unemployment, long term unemployment and threatened groups on the labor market. Third part is focusing on the governmental active unemployment policy. The concluding part is comparing the situation of women in international context and in particular of Finnish women on the labor market.
