Implementation proposal of specified capital project

Abstract:

Předložená práce je zaměřena na návrh implementace projektu výstavby administrativní budovy společnosti BERGER BOHEMIA, a.s. a jeho zhodnocení. Cílem práce bylo představení vybraného investičního projektu, vytvoření příslušných plánů projektu, posouzení přínosu a stability projektu, zjistit, zda je projekt finančně stabilní, a nakonec provést analýzu rizik. Autorka nejprve charakterizovala podnikatelský subjekt. V další kapitole, která obsahovala popis investičního projektu, byl stanoven logický rámec včetně WBS a harmonogramu. Následně byla provedena analýza interního a externího prostředí projektu, čímž byly identifikovány silné a slabé stránky a určeny příležitosti a hrozby, kterým bude muset projekt čelit. Následně byla provedena analýza rizik, společně s mapou a registrem rizik. V rámci zhodnocení stávajícího stavu byla provedena analýza nákladů a přínosů. V neposlední řadě byla posouzena finanční stabilita. Diplomová práce je zakončena závěrečným zhodnocením uvažovaného investičního projektu v případě, že si společnost staví administrativní budovu sama oproti realizaci jiným podnikatelským subjektem.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis is focused on the implementation proposal of specified project, which is the construction of a new office building BERGER BOHEMIA, joint-stock company. The aim of the thesis was to introduce the selected investment project, create the relevant project plans, assessment of benefits and stability of the project, find out whether the project is financially stable and finally carry out risk analysis. The author first characterized the business entity. In the next chapter, which containes a description of the investment project, a logical framework including WBS and time-schedule. Subsequently, an analysis of the internal and external environment project were made, identifying the strengths and weaknesses and identifying the opportunities and threats that the project will be face. Subsequently a risk analysis was realized along with a map and risk register. A cost-benefit analysis was conducted as part of the economic efficiency assessment. Last but not least, financial stability was assessed. The diploma thesis consist the final evaluation of the investment project under consideration, if the company builds the administrative building itself against the realization by another business entity.
