Diplomová práce je založena na průběžné a v páté části detailnější komparaci právních deliktů, resp. trestného činu, správního deliktu a přestupku. The dissertation is based on a continuous comparison of legal offence, resp. criminal offence, administrative offence and transgressions, and goes to deeper details especially in the fifth chapter.
