Atmospheric plasma diagnostics using EPR method
Abstract:
Elektronová paramagnetická rezonance (EPR) je spektroskopická metoda používaná k diagnostice paramagnetických látek. Již dlouhou dobu se EPR používá k diagnostice nízkotlakého plazmatu. Tato bakalářská práce je jedna z prvních prací, které se zabývají použitím EPR k analýze atmosférického plazmatu, konkrétně studeného dusíkového plazmatu buzeného bariérovým výbojem.
Abstract:
Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) is spectroscopic method used for diagnostics of paramagnetic materials. TheEPR has been used for a long time to diagnostics of low-pressure plasma. This work is one of the first works dealing with the use of EPR to analyze atmospheric plasma, namely the cold nitrogen plasma induced in barrier discharge.
