Diplomová práca sa zaoberá organizáciou práce v pobočkách vybranej komerčnej banky. Cieľom je na základe analýzy organizácie práce v jej typoch pobočiek zhodnotiť súčasnú situáciu a načrtnúť možnosti zlepšenia organizácie práce v banke.
