Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou marginálních dárců ledvin a transplantací. V teoretické části je práce rozdělena do několika kapitol. Kapitoly jsou věnovány institucím, které jsou součástí transplantačního programu, definicím dárců orgánů a jejich klasifikaci a dále legislativě a organizaci dárcovství. The thesis deals with the issue of marginal kidney donors and transplantation. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters. The chapters are devoted to institutions that are part of the transplantation program, definitions of organ donors and their classification, as well as legislation and organization of donation.
