Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řízení zaměstnanců hotelu prostřednictvím stanovených cílů. Cílem práce je rozbor personálního řízení v 5* hotelu v Praze po jeho převzetí novým vlastníkem. Hlavní důraz je kladen na řízení prostřednictvím cílů. The bacherlor's thesis focuses on the management of the hotel staff with defined goals. The aim of this work is the analysis of personnel management in a 5 * hotel in Prague after its takeover by the new owner. The main emphasis is on management by objectives.
