Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl spojit praxi konkrétní menší logistické společnosti s teorií controllingu tak, aby výsledný návrh týkající se implementace controllingu pomáhal společnosti získávat snadno a rychle relevantní informace pro budoucí chod společnosti. V teoretické části bakalářské práce popisuji jednak podstatu a přínos obecného controllingu a jednak controllingu specifického pro oblast logistiky. V praktické části bakalářské práce popisuji současný stav společnosti (obchodní a finanční situace a interní procesy), analyzuji, které informace společnost potřebuje pro své rozhodování, a podávám konkrétní návrhy na implementace individuálního controllingového řešení.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis aims to combine the practice of a particular small logistics company with the theory of controlling so that the resulting proposal for implementation of controlling would help the company to quickly and easily obtain relevant information for the future operations of the company. The theoretical part describes both the nature and benefits of the public controlling and also of the controlling for a specific area of logistics. The practical part describes the current state of the company (business and financial condition and internal processes), and I analyze what information the company needs for its decision, and I give concrete suggestions on the implementation of individual controlling solutions.
