Diplomová práce se zabývá nově zavedeným institutem obnovy řízení o udělení státního občanství. Práce si klade za cíl posoudit, zda je tento institut souladný s čl. 12 odst. 2 Ústavy ČR, tedy zda v případě nového rozhodnutí při obnově řízení o udělení státního občanství nemůže dojít ke zbavení občanství, které právě čl. 12 odst. 2 Ústavy vylučuje. The thesis deals with the newly established reopening of the citizenship granting proceedings institute.
