The bachelor theses aims to create a business plan, on the basis of which a feasible fitness center could be established. The project is focused on a market of the small town Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou, which lacks well-equipped gym with quality services. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán, na jehož základě může být založeno fitness centrum. Projekt se soustředí na malý trh města Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou, kde chybí dobře vybavená posilovna poskytující kvalitní služby.
