Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma postavení nestátních neziskových organizací při poskytování sociálních služeb. Záměrem je popsat nestátní neziskovou organizaci, která poskytuje sociální služby, její poslání a vize a zda je dodržuje, nebo se od nich odchyluje. V první teoretické části proto popisuji roli neziskového sektoru při poskytování sociálních služeb a typy neziskových organizací podílející se na jejich fungování. V druhé části je popis sociálních služeb a jejich financování, co je příspěvek na péči a kdo na něj má nárok. Třetí část je souhrn a zpracování dat vycházející z pohovorů s pracovníky z organizace Spokojený domov, o. p. s., kde je zásadní, jaký mají pohled zaměstnanci této organizace, s rovnáním, jakým směrem se chce organizace ubírat. Toto vše bude porovnáno se standardy péče v sociálních službách. Cílem práce je analyzovat postavení neziskových organizací při poskytování sociálních služeb na příkladu organizace Spokojený domov, o. p. s. Průzkumem vybrané organizace byla zjišťována kvalita poskytovaných sociálních služeb, jak organizace v průběhu let splňuje své nastavené vize a jak vnímají zaměstnanci postavení sociálních služeb. Z pohovorů se zaměstnanci vyplynulo, že vnímají poskytování sociálních služeb jako důležitou práci pro zkvalitnění života lidem v těžkých životních situacích a že je zapotřebí neustále zvyšovat kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Z pohovoru s paní ředitelkou organizace Spokojený domov, o. p. s. vyplynulo, že dodržování vizí organizací je nedílnou součástí zkvalitňování v poskytování sociálních služeb. Dále se potvrdilo, že postavení NNO je vůči zřízeným organizacím velmi malé a že by bylo zapotřebí sjednocení pravidel a větší komunikaci proto, aby NNO mohly efektivněji zvyšovat své standardy.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis on the topic of the position of non-state non-profit organizations in the provision of social services. The intention is to describe a non-governmental, non-profit organization that provides social services, its mission and vision, and whether it adheres to or deviates from them. In the first theoretical part, I therefore describe the role of the non-profit sector in the provision of social services and the types of non-profit organizations participating in their functioning. In the second part, there is a description of social services and their funding, what is the care allowance and who is entitled to it. The third part is a summary and processing of data based on interviews with employees from the organization Spokojený domov, o. p. s., where it is crucial what the employees of this organization view, with a comparison of the direction the organization wants to take. All this will be compared with the standards of care in social services. The aim of the work is to analyze the position of non-profit organizations in the provision of social services using the example of the organization Spokojený domov, o. p. s. The survey of the selected organization determined the quality of the social services provided, how the organization fulfills its set vision over the years and how employees perceive the position of social services. Interviews with employees revealed that they perceive the provision of social services as important work for improving the quality of life for people in difficult life situations and that it is necessary to constantly improve the quality of the services provided. From the interview with the director of the organization Spokojený domov, o. p. s., it emerged that compliance with the organization's vision is an integral part of improving the quality of the provision of social services. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the position of NNO is very small compared to established organizations and that unification of rules and greater communication would be needed so that NNO could raise their standards more effectively.
