Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je motivace nezaměstnaných k dalšímu vzdělávání. Zabývá se problematikou dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti a potřebou motivace v procesu celoživotního vzdělávání. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje motivaci, nezaměstnanost, rizikové skupiny nezaměstnaných, její důsledky a proces celoživotního vzdělávání a učení se. The principal theme of my Bachelor thesis is a motivation of unemployed people to the further education. The study solves problems of a long term unemployment and the need of motivation in a process of the lifelong education. The thesis is divided to the practical and theoretical part.
