Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou přídatných látek, které se v současné době stávají součástí téměř každé potraviny. Některá jsou neškodná jiná nikoliv. V první části diplomové práce si prostřednictvím odborné literatury povíme o důležitosti věnovat aspoň minimum času informacím uvedených na obalech potravin. This thesis deals with the additives that are currently becoming part of almost every food. Some are harmless others do not. In the first part of the thesis, through literature will talk about the importance of time to pay at least minimum information listed on food labels.
