Diplomová práce si klade za cíl představit pohled zaměstnanců vybrané organizace na jejich informální učení na pracovišti. Konkrétně pojmenovat obsahy, stimuly a způsoby učení a tato zjištění následně zasadit do kontextu organizačního klimatu a kultury spolu s dalšími faktory ovlivňujícími informální učení na pracovišti. Diploma thesis aims at introducing the perspective of chosen company’s employees on informal learning in the workplace.
