Abstract:

Tato práce na téma „Prevence kyberkriminality v České republice“ se zabývá především vývojem kybernetické kriminality celkově a na základě její analýzy a možných útoků se zaměřuje i na navrhnutí vhodných opatření v kyberprostoru proti těmto zločinům. Kybernetická kriminalita v posledních letech dynamicky vzrostla a v momentální situaci vídáme spoustu případů, kde jde právě o tyhle zločiny, které působí značné finanční škody. Práce se proto snaží vystihnout její momentální trendy a důkladněji popisuje její útoky. V kyberprostoru se pachatel může úplně jednoduše skrýt pod falešnou identitou, a právě díky tomu je tahle kriminalita obrovskou hrozbou a mělo by se zvětšit povědomí právě o tomto problému.

Abstract:

This job on topic „Prevention of cybercriminality in Czech Republic“ is interested mainly in development of cybercriminality and based on the analysis and possible attacks and also interested in suggesting appropriate precautions in cyberspace against these crimes. Cybercriminality has increased dynamicly in late years and in current situation, we are coming across with a lot of cases, where those crimes are causing financial harms. This work is trying to capture nowadays trendy and deeply describes these attacks. In cyberspace criminals can easily hide under a fake identity and because of that is this criminality a huge threat so we should increase knowledge of this issue.
