Abstract:
Práce je tvořena částí teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury věnující se narativní teorii a teorii organizační identity. Praktická část se věnuje sběru a analýze konkrétních narativů sesbíraných pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci jedné pobočky firmy Decathlon. The work consists of a two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is premised on professional literature dedicated to the narrative theory and the theory of organizational identity.
