Methodical basics of flag football for childeren from 6 to 12 years old

Abstract:

Cílem práce je představení nového, mladého sportu se zaměřením na postup a specifika sportovního tréninku u věkově kategorie dětí 6-12 let. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány teoretické pojmy, jako je pohybová aktivita, pohybová schopnost a mladší školní věk. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na specifika flag fotbalu a jeho tréninkovou jednotku spojenou a metodickým postupem pro jednotlivé pozice. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce jsou interpretovány závěry doplněné o fotografie a videa cvičení pro danou věkovou kategorii.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to introducing a new - young sport and it is focused on the progress and specific training of this sport. Attention is devoted to the children between 6-12 years. The theoretical part of the thesis defines concepts such as physical activity, physical ability and younger school age. The practical part of the bachelor thesis specifies flag football and it's training unit which is combined with the technique for individual positions. The final part of this thesis interprets the conclusions which are supplemented by the photographs and videos of the exercises for the specific age group.
