Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění konkrétního podniku za pomocí provedení strategické analýzy podniku a finanční analýzy, která zahrnuje i budoucí vývoj Posuzovaného podniku. Pro ocenění podniku byla zvolena výnosová metoda, konkrétně metoda kapitalizovaných čistých výnosů, a metoda majetková na principu tržních hodnot. The aim of the diploma thesis is the valuation of a specific company by performing a strategic analysis of the company and financial analysis, which includes the future development of the assessed company.
