Abstract:
Tato práce se zaobírá analýzou struktury vaskulárních stromů a následnou simulaci perfuze v prostoru. Prostorem je rozuměn objemový model jater. Tato analýza je důležitá z medicínského hlediska, pro lepší porozumění prokrvování jater a jeho simulaci na virtuálním modelu. This work is interested in vascular trees analysis and their perfusion in space(model of liver). This analysis is important from a medical point of view, a better understanding of blood flow in the liver and its simulation on the virtual model.
