Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití expresivních terapií pro seberozvoj sociálního pracovníka. Cílem práce je popsat přínosy vybraných expresivních terapií v souvislosti se seberozvojem sociálního pracovníka. Teoretická část je členěna do šesti kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje hudbě a rytmu. Druhá definuje pojem expresivní terapie a její druhy. Třetí je věnována muzikoterapii, jejím specifikům, druhům, prostředkům a metodám a technikám. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o tanečně-pohybové terapii a je členěna obdobně jako třetí. Pátá kapitola je zaměřená na sociální práci, její teorie, vztah s ostatními disciplínami, role sociálního pracovníka a ke konci kapitoly propojuje muzikoterapii a tanečně-pohybovou terapii se sociální prací. Poslední, šestá kapitola rozebírá jednotlivé přínosy vybraných terapií. A na závěr jsou shrnuty hlavní přínosy, které absolventská práce přináší.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis deals with the possibilities of using expressive therapies for the self-development of a social worker. The thesis aims to describe the benefits of selected expressive therapies in connection with the self-development of a social worker. The theoretical part is divided into six chapters. The first chapter covers music and rhythm. The second chapter defines the concept of expressive therapy and its types. The third chapter is devoted to music therapy, and its specifics, types, means, methods, and techniques. The fourth chapter deals with dance-movement therapy, and it is structured similarly to the third. The fifth chapter focuses on social work, its theories, relation to other disciplines, the role of a social worker and concluding the chapter I with a description of the connection of music therapy and dance-movement therapy with social work. In the final, sixth chapter, the individual benefits of the selected therapies are discussed. In conclusion, the main benefits of the graduation thesis are summarized.
