Globalisation, coronacrisis and its economic impact

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů koronavirové pandemie na globální ekonomiku, s důrazem na situaci v České republice a poté ve světě. Teoretická část práce zkoumá historické kontexty ekonomických krizí a jejich vliv na současnou finanční a ekonomickou situaci. Dále se zaměřuje na vývoj pandemie covid-19 a její dopady na různé země, včetně Spojených států amerických, Číny, Japonska, Velké Británie, Ruské federace a Německa. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na komparaci těchto dopadů a hodnotí jejich rozdíly a podobnosti. Závěr práce shrnuje klíčové závěry a doporučení vycházející z provedené analýzy.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on analyzing the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic on the global economy, with an emphasis on the situation in the Czech Republic and then globally. The theoretical part of the thesis examines the historical contexts of economic crises and their influence on the current financial and economic situation. It further delves into the development of the covid-19 pandemic and its effects on various countries, including the United States, China, Japan, the United Kingdom, the Russian Federation, and Germany. The practical part of the thesis concentrates on comparing these impacts and evaluates their differences and similarities. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes key findings and recommendations derived from the analysis.
